Level Designer

Responsibilities:

Design and create engaging and visually appealing levels for games.

Collaborate with the art and development teams to ensure levels meet gameplay and visual standards.

Implement and test levels to ensure they are fun, challenging, and free of bugs.

Balance and adjust gameplay elements to provide an optimal player experience.

Provide and receive feedback to refine and improve level design.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience with level design tools and game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).

Strong understanding of game mechanics, pacing, and flow.

Ability to create detailed and intuitive level layouts.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A portfolio showcasing relevant level design work.

Community Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage and engage with the game’s community across various platforms (e.g., forums, social media, Discord).

Develop and execute community engagement strategies.

Respond to player feedback and communicate with the development team to address concerns.

Organize and run community events and contests.

Create and curate content to keep the community informed and engaged.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement tools.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for gaming and a good understanding of the gaming community.

Quality Assurance Tester

Responsibilities:

Test game functionality, performance, and compatibility on various platforms.

Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.

Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve bugs.

Perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not introduce new issues.

Provide feedback on game balance, difficulty, and overall player experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher; additional education or certifications in game testing is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience with bug tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for gaming and a good understanding of game mechanics.
